Again, the attention to detail and the guidance along the way provided an exceptional outcome. On the first weekend, the property received the offer I was hoping for and closed within 30 days. I replaced that property with another rental in another part of the state. The sale and purchase were done as a Section 1031 home exchange. Not only did Devri refer me to an excellent realtor in the other city but they worked together to ensure the finances and timing of the sale and purchase were within the parameters of the exchange process. What seemed like a daunting process turned out to be easy, quick, and painless.
Along the way I had the pleasure of referring Devri to friends who were selling a lovely home on property in the rural area of our County. I am happy to report that they enjoyed the same experience and outcome and couldn’t have been happier with the referral.
