I recently sold and bought houses using Devri and Dominic Doty at Windemere. I so appreciated them pricing the home appropriately, their helpfulness in getting documents in order, and being at the inspections. They have very clear instructions and helpful guides about what to do prior to sale, and what is expected to get your house ready to show, which I really appreciated.
